1、氣體流程:

自前工段來的煤氣進入濕法脫硫塔底部,自下而動,與上部噴淋下的脫硫液逆流接觸,煤氣中的H2S被吸收,塔頂出來的煤氣進入捕液裝置,捕除煤氣中的部分水份后凈化氣(H2S≤20mg)后去下工段。

硫泡沫經泡沫泵加壓后去熔硫系統,經蒸汽(蒸汽壓力0.4-0.6MPa)加熱,被加工成硫磺付產物出售,其中產生的清液經降溫、活化、沉淀后返回溶液系統。
The sulfur foam is pressurized by foam pump to melt sulphur system, heated by steam (steam pressure 0.4-0.6MPa), and processed into sulfur product. The resulting liquid is returned to the solution system after cooling, activation and precipitation.
原始開車及補充軟水在收集槽中完成。脫硫劑補充由脫硫塔入口貧液管加入。
