沼氣提純精制生物天然氣是沼氣提純凈化制備高品質生物天然氣、大幅提升甲烷利用品質的技術。目前沼氣脫碳的主要工藝包括有機胺吸收法、壓力水洗法、膜分離方法、變壓吸附法、物理吸收法、深冷分離法等。而本項目開發的沼氣加壓水洗技術集成了水洗脫碳過程中閃蒸技術的合理有效利用技術、吸收塔解吸塔內部核心部件的開發、同步回收二氧化碳技術、沼氣工程的能量集成系統設計和自動化控制系統設計等多個方面進行優化設計和開發。本項目開發的沼氣加壓水洗技術結合撬裝設備的設計理念,可在各種處理規模的沼氣工程中加以應用推廣。
