大型沼氣項目竣工驗收后進行啟動調試,滿足以下基本運行管理要求:

1. 操作管理人員必須熟悉大型沼氣工程的工藝流程、操作要求和設施設備的技術指標;

1. 根據工藝設計參數進行進料量和進料周期,并在實踐中找出優良的工藝參數;

2. 保持一個相對穩定的厭氧消化溫度;

3.厭氧消化池的攪拌按工藝要求進行。如果沼氣用于攪拌,則在啟動或產氣不足時,應與機械攪拌或泵攪拌等其他方法相結合。
